Lions and Tigers and Bears...Oh my!

The mom's group I'm part of got a little WILD yesterday, and since Tim is on vacation this week, we joined them and took Katy to the DEW Animal Kingdom! What fun! They have all kinds of animals, and it was only a 30 minute drive! She was so happy! When we first got there she heard some quacking and started telling me "kaky, kaky" (which means--mom I hear ducks!) One came right up to us and Katy started quacking at him. :) Latter on daddy taught her how to make pigs sounds! Haha! She also said "moo" when she saw the cows, roared at the lions, and made monkey sounds in the monkey barn! She was really quite good with her animal knowledge! In all she got to see peacocks, ducks, foxes, pigs, sheep, goats, lamas, bears, camels, cows, horses, tigers, bears, lions, panthers, wildcats, hyennas (dont know how to spell that), monkeys, wallabies, kangaroos, wolves, and lynx. It was better than the zoo! We even got to be part of the "show" a few times! First at the camel cage and then in the monkey house! I actually held hands with a gibbon! He was so sweet! I got to scratch his head too! I even discovered little finger prints on his hands- just like our! God is so amazing! What an awesome creator!
