The Katy Khronicles and The Journey of John: 7 month mark! :)

We are 28 weeks now, which means 7 months in prego land. We now start seeing the OB every 2 weeks! :) That means it is getting close, and so far John is head down!! This is great considering Katy never decided to turn! (The stubbornness still hasn't worn off!) Anyways, he is very active and measures right at 28 weeks. I am getting bigger and that means he is too :) Katy is thrilled and tells everyone about her baby brother named John. She says that she will call him Johnny! ;) Pretty cute. Oh--speaking of cute-- here is a quick Katy cutie: This morning she says to me "Mama my fairy is missing." A couple of minutes latter...."My straw is missing too! I think this is a mystery! I need to put on a coat and you need to put on a coat and be detectives. I be noodle and you be doodle!" Seriously!! Where does she come up with this stuff! hahaha! Anyways, all is well here. We have been busy picking apples (it has now been 5 times in the past 3 weeks...and...its not even OCTOBER YET...you know--REAL apple picking season!!) I am crazy about apples! I eat a couple a day and love to cook with my homemade apple sauce. I make two kinds: apple cinnamon and apple blueberry!! The second one is best to eat warm and the first is great in muffins and pancakes! :) No need to add oil--the apples keep everything moist and fluffy...and healthy! Yumm! So that really is it. We are busy preparing for the little man and trying to get in some fun activities before John and winter both hit and keep us inside! ;) I promise to post some of Katy's dance pictures soon. I had to get a different cell phone the other day and I forgot to transfer my videos and pictures before they took my old one :( I lost the stuff I shot of her tapping away :( I will get new ones though! Soon! :) She is sooo cute at class. Tim took the day off last week to go to her class and watch! He was pretty proud! It is a tap and ballet combo class! They are so cute! :) Ok, so that is all for now. Here are some pictures of recent stuff... Looking a bit "pudgy"...I just hit 20 lbs!! I must say, though, that with Katy at this point I had already passed the 30 lb mark. I dont think I will be gaining the 55 that I did with her! Looks like I will reach about 30-35 if things stay about the way they have been. Here is hoping! :)

Katy is pointing out "Mac" the new apple farm kitten. She soooo badly wanted to play with him. I had to explain that not all kitties are as nice as ours. (And missing their claws!!)
