Jehovah Jireh

GOD PROVIDES!!! He is truly an awesome and amazing God! I just have to take this little moment to tell you all what He is allowing me to be part of. I know that you are all aware of the Mommies Group that Katy and I are a part of, and Im sure you have read the post about how that was a total answer to prayer, but now I must tell you about what is new in our group (besides a growing peanut in Bridget's belly!! Horay!!). God has not only blessed Katy and me with lots of really great friends, He has also provided us with three really close friends. Dana (the founder of the group, India's mom--12 mo old, just moved to Waterville from Califonia), Bridget (moved to the area recently from elsewhere in Maine, Brynn's mom 15 mo(and soon to be new baby's mom), and Heidi (moved here 6 years ago from Chicago-originally from Kansas, Maya's mom--13 mo). These girls have become our sanity in this crazy snowland of a place called home! We have our playdates and outings, and just in the past couple of weeks, God has opened a new door in our friendship! A BIBLE STUDY!! How AWESOME! God is just so GOOD!! We all come from different backgrounds (denominations and walks), but God is allowing us to share His love with Bridget, who is newly seeking! How great is that! She is such a reminder to me of the change that God has made in my life (not because she is wayward or evil--she is the sweetest woman--a true friend!--but because she is asking questions that I havent thought about in so long, but that I should think on more often!) Two weeks ago was the first time she had ever heard that Jesus is God's son! Can you imagine! Maine is a mission field yall! Wow! God is just really showing me all that He is doing here! I am so humbled to be a part of it! If you think about it, say a little prayer (or a big one would be great! haha) for my dear friends! God has given me such a wonderful life full of so many great gifts and blessings! These women are testimony to that! :) MMMMmmmm.....just feeling His love- "How rich and pure, and mesureless!!"
